HASHIGO is a deceptively simple but brutally challenging climbing game. With only two controls—Forward (↑) and Backward (↓)—players ascend a towering structure filled with traps, enemies, and unexpected obstacles. One mistake can send you plummeting back several floors… and how far you fall is always a surprise.
Controls
In-Game:
- ↑ / Up D-Pad – Move forward (climb up)
- ↓ / Down D-Pad – Move backward (climb down)
- F5 / L1+R1 – Reset to title screen
- F4 – Toggle fullscreen/windowed mode
Menu Navigation:
- ↑ / ↓ – Move menu cursor
- Z Key / A Button – Confirm
- X Key / B Button – Cancel
Gameplay Structure
- The game has 5 areas, each made of dozens of floors.
- Start at the bottom of each floor and climb to the top to progress.
- Current floor is shown in the upper-right of the screen.
- If you touch a hazard, you fall—how far you fall is random.
There is no game over… unless you give up.
Saving & Progression
- Progress is saved after each area is completed.
- You can load saves from the title screen.
